Cake was cold

The waitress who served me wasn't smiling at all. Maybe she could look a little bit more friendly. Other parts of service was satisfying anyway!

Delay in service

1. Our waitress messed up the order by bringing a cold drink instead of room temperature. I think they should be writing down at all times. 2. The fries were not freshly prepared, they tasted like they were a day old. We left them on the plate.

The service was so slow…not everything was on the menú….i was looking for wine or champgaine 💀none of which were available on the menú…some of the waiters were rude

Slow unattentive service, waitresses chatting rather than taking orders - limited options available compared to menu

Service at the table was super slow, they clearly saw me when I went in , I called the waitress who clearly saw me and chose to ignore me twice, completely unmotivated and sluggish. Moved to the bar which was awesome.The cakes could be fresher though , bought the salted caramel and black forest.

I came because of the WiFi the connection is poor I asked to pay 50/= for faster speeds they said it will still be slow

We waited for someone to take our orders for more than 10 minutes and followed up on the bill after finishing our lunch. Service was really slow. No one cares about customers there.
